General Terms and Conditions for the Apartments

 

Prices: The prices are per apartment and night for a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrival and departure on Saturday. Included are accommodation, bed linen, towels, heating, water, electricity, final cleaning and all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax. The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of the stay in the municipal area (€ 2.00 per person aged 14 and over per day). A surcharge may apply for short stays of less than 7 nights. Prices for longer stays of more than 2 weeks on request.

Discounts: Children up to their 3rd birthday stay free of charge.

 

Pets: We charge €5 per night for your pet.

Terms of payment: We do not require a deposit. The amount for the rental of the apartment can be paid in cash or by bank transfer at the latest the day before departure.

Arrival and departure: The apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartments by 10 am.

Important information: Our accommodations are non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the terrace

 

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB: There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code.

Nevertheless, we grant you the right to cancel under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the day of arrival do not incur any cancellation fees.

However, we will have to charge the following cancellation fees in proportion to the total amount of your booked stay:

·        up to 15 days before the day of arrival 30%

·        within the last 15 days 50%

·        within the last 3 days 70%

In the event of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge for the entire booked stay.

 

Please inform us in advance if you are not able to start your vacation.

 

Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out "vacation cancellation insurance" when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries.

Privacy: In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we hereby inform you that your data will be used and stored exclusively for processing your request and will not be disclosed or disseminated to third parties. With regard to data processing, you are entitled to all rights pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Further services

 

Adventure quality: We offer our guests a weekly tour of our vineyards with the winegrower by appointment. You can learn more about the cultivation of the vines and the winemaking process. There is also a professionally guided wine tasting with the wines from our vineyard.

 

Activities outside the accommodation: Collect unforgettable impressions on a hike through the nature of South Tyrol. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, we recommend interesting tours on charming hiking trails through the unique landscape of South Tyrol, where we will be happy to accompany you if time permits.

 

Fresh fruit and vegetables: We have various tasty table grapes, which are ripe from the beginning of June to mid-October. We also have peach trees, plums and apricot trees. In our other vineyards there are other fruit trees such as quinces, walnut trees, cherry trees, mirabelle and plum trees. We also have various vegetables such as tomatoes and zucchinis.

When our fruit and vegetables are ripe, we will be happy to offer you a tasting.

 

Pick-up service: If you come by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up at the nearest train or bus station. Timetables for South Tyrolean public transport can be found here.
